>Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, Asafoetida and curry leaves. Saute them over low flame for 10 - 15 minutes. Add Onions, Green Chillies and par-boiled vegetables and saute it. Add Bajra Rava and 2cups of water while stirring continuously. Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to cook for 2- 3 minutes. You will observe the grain absorbed the water and appears like a mushy mixture. Garnish it with fresh coriander and lime juice and serve hot.
