Curry leaves, mustard seeds, urad dal, and ghee are all added to a pan as it is heating up. Cook them for 10 to 15 minutes over a low flame. Sauté it while adding onions, green chilies, and par-boiled veggies. 2 cups of water and Ragi Rava should be added while stirring continuously.
