Now you can make a wholesome traditional meal of lentils, rice and vegetables. Experience the wholesome delights of this signature delicacy from Karnataka in South India. Cook 150g of vegetables (carrots, beans etc.,) and keep aside. Cook rice and toor dal (about 50g each) together in a vessel. To this, add the cooked vegetables, 1 tbsp MTR Bisibele Bhath Masala, tamarind extract and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with mustard, cashewnut, curry leaves, onion and capsicum using ghee. Serve hot.
