Ingredient Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Papaya, Black Pepper, Mango Powder, Fennel, Acid (Citric Acid), Big Cardamom, Carom, Coriander, Clove, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon
STEPS OF COOKING In a bowl mix Mehran Tandoori Fried Chops Masala with lemon juice & Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste. Apply on chops/steaks and keep aside. Marinate for 11/2 – 2 hours. Heat the oil/ghee, add chops/steaks and fry on medium heat for 4 – 5 minutes. Cover and cook on very low heat until meat becomes tender. OR Preheat oven to 180oC, place the mutton chops in a tray. Apply oil/ghee on each side. Grill for 1 hour, until meat becomes tender.
