Almost every Keralan household prepares Payasam which can be made from "Aachi Pal Ada Payasam Mix" for the Onam festival and other religious celebrations. It's a delectable treat.
Milk solids are included in this premix to increase flavour and taste. a wonderful option for festivities. Only a smaller amount of milk was needed than with typical processing. Aachi offers classic palada made with milk solids, sugar, and rice ada flakes. Once opened, it has a four-month shelf life and should be kept in an airtight container.
Cooking Instructions: Take a 500 ml of fresh milk and boil it in a thick bottom vessel. Add the entire contents of this pack in it. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes on medium flame with constant stirring. Now Hot tasty Aachi Pal Ada Payasam is ready to serve.
Ingredients: Sugar, Pal Ada, Skimmed Milk Powder, Coconut powder, Cashew nut, Raisins and Cardamom
