The famous Mughal Chicken Biryani, which is produced by layering aromatic and herb-infused chicken masala with fluffy rice, is brought to life by Aachi Mughal Biryani Masala.
Directions: Saute 200g Onion in 200g edible oil in a pressure cooker. Add 3 tomatoes, 200g curd, 1 spoon lemon juice, 50g Aachi Biryani Masala, 1kg either mutton or chicken or 500g vegetable and saute for 10 minutes. Add necessary water, 1kg Biriyani Rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and cook till whistle. After 15 minutes tasty biryani is ready to serve.
